We have been able to generate a consistent aerodynamic roughness length z0 map on the whole surface of Mars. Compared to what has been inferred previously from different landing sites, our results suggest that the method used here to estimate the aerodynamic roughness length z0 provides a reasonable picture of the actual conditions existing on Mars.< Réduire
