Laboratoire d'Astrophysique de Bordeaux (LAB) - UMR 5804
Le Laboratoire d’astrophysique de Bordeaux (LAB) est une unité mixte de recherche (UMR) entre l’Université de Bordeaux (UB) et le Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS). C’est l’une des unités constitutives de l’Observatoire aquitain des sciences de l’Univers (OASU), lui-même à la fois école interne du Département Sciences et Technologies de l’UB et observatoire des sciences de l’Univers (OSU) de l’Institut national des sciences de l’Univers (INSU) du CNRS. Le LAB remplit trois missions principales : la recherche fondamentale en sciences de l’Univers, la formation des étudiants par la recherche, la diffusion de la culture scientifique et technique.
