One of the major challenges of thermoplastic matrix based composites is to manufacture finished parts both in one shot process and in a reduced time production. For this purpose, two techniques were developed to manufacture eco-friendly composites: one is the stamping using hot and cold airflow and the second one concern a one shot manufacturing of sandwich using infusion process. Then, several quasi-static and dynamic analyses were performed to validate the efficiency of the developed processes and to confirm the good quality of the material.< Réduire
