In this article, we present a prototype and an experimentation that validate the following hypothesis: "it is possible to lead and to guide someone towards a point of interest by using vibrations coming from a mobile device". This hypothesis' validation is essential for the design of the aimed system: TactiMod. Using TactiMod a pedestrian is able to go from point A to point B while concentrating on a different activity from the one of finding his/her way.
