In this paper, we addressed the problem of quantitatively measuring the profile of bilayer media. A contactless thermal profilometry method is proposed. Concretely, this approach corresponds to measuring the interface between two media of a material. An experimental setup is proposed, and a methodology is presented to estimate the profile . Two examples, one numerical and one experimental, are presented in order to validate the method.< Réduire
