The Internet of Things is a concept that allows the interoperability of embedded systems through an Internet connection. It is increasingly used in fields such as: healthcare, transport and home automation industries. The systems designed for the Internet of Things are more and more used in applications with a high-level of operational safety. Therefore, their reliability has to be ensured in particular in the harsh environment in which they operate. In this study, a connected system has been developed and exposed to Intentional Electromagnetic Interferences to assess its susceptibility. The electromagnetic disturbances are transmitted to the system through two injection methods: the GTEM cell and the Near Field injection methods. The induced failures of the device under test have been characterized according to the injected signal parameters such as its frequency and its power.< Réduire
