The current trend is to innovate and develop product with services in order to satisfy customer becomes more and more exigent. To integrate all constraints from the beginning of product development, integrated methods and tools have been developed. Strategic PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) approach is an approach implement in many companies all around the world. Even PLM presents limits about product information management in downstream lifecycle processes. Indeed, utilization, maintenance and recycling processes aren't cover, even it appears that they are a big hearth to capitalize relevant information to improve design and innovation. In this paper, we deal with a new ULM (Usage Lifecycle Management) approach. ULM manages product information related to usage context. From user classification and collaboration between several groups, news functions or/and news ideas could be identified. Stakeholders such as customer, retailer and employees form collaboration network to collect usage information.< Réduire
