Ba Jin's works were translated into French in 1947 for the first time, but it was only after Ba Jin's visit to France in 1978 that the translation began in earnest. Since then, short stories, short story collections, and novels of Ba Jin have been translated and published every year, accompanied by the emergence of interviews, reports, and research on Ba Jin. A beneficial exploration was made, to varying degrees, into Ba Jin's thoughts, interpretation of literary works, and studies of comparative literature between Ba Jin and French literature in terms of research articles on Ba Jin. Relatively speaking, the translation, study, and transmission of Ba Jin and his works in France are fully and comprehensively enriching and deepening the studies of Ba Jin.< Leer menos
