Bioingénierie Tissulaire (BioTis) - U1026
Le Laboratoire de Bioingénierie des Tissus (BioTis) est une Unité Mixte de Recherche (UMR) placée sous la tutelle de l'Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale (INSERM U1026) et de l'Université de Bordeaux. L’unité développe une recherche dans le domaine de la médecine régénératrice et principalement sur la régénération osseuse et vasculaire. Pour cela elle s'appuie sur le concept d'ingénierie tissulaire, pour développer de nouvelles technologies d'assemblages cellulaires, moléculaires et matricielles et des stratégies thérapeutiques pour le remplacement de tissus, principalement l'os et les vaisseaux. Cette recherche pluridisciplinaire repose sur des compétences en physicochimie des matériaux, en biologie des cellules souches et progéniteurs, en modèles précliniques pour évaluer ces produits d'ingénierie tissulaire et leur devenir après implantation dans la partie lésée.
