| dc.description.abstractEn | Harassment and violence at work are a violation of human rights, an affront to dignity and a threat to equal opportunities. They are unacceptable and incompatible with decent work. For this reason, although France has a rich and long-standing legal approach to bullying and harassment at work which is not in favour of ratifying Convention 190, ratifying it would refocus the debate on the fundamental right to protection of health at work, but also broaden the scope of bullying and harassment at work. | |

Son inaceptables e incompatibles con el trabajo decente. Por esta razón, aunque Francia tiene un rico y antiguo enfoque jurídico del acoso psicológico y sexual que no es favorable a la ratificación del Convenio 190, no obstante, su ratificación no sólo reorientaría el debate sobre el derecho fundamental a la pro-tección de la salud en el trabajo, sino que también ampliaría el alcance del acoso psicológico y sexual. | |
