En | Physiological signals and their study has a great variability, for each subject and between subjects. Moreover, these signals are often perturbed with measurement noise and can be very sensitive to the environment in which the sensors are disposed. However, the algorithms that are developed in the literature can be more or less sensitive to these variations and / or disturbances. The accuracy of the extracted information is essential to the relevance of decision-making. For this reason, the aim of this thesis is to develop signal processing algorithms that are robust to any disturbances due to experimental conditions and inter-individual variations, and then apply them on real data in an application framework interesting the industrial partner. This application is called the crew-monitoring and to purpose is the analysis of the state of an operator's mental state in different operational concepts in which the detection of these states would present a high value for aircraft manufacturers or airlines.
