| dc.description.abstract | Cet article de recherche s’appuie sur la théorie du sacré et du profane afin d’étudier la sacralité dont est investie la cave à vins particulière. Plus précisément, nous étudions le rôle du lieu de conservation dans la construction de cette dimension sacrée. À travers la collecte de récits de vie de propriétaires ou proches de propriétaires de caves à vin, cette recherche permet de révéler l’interdiction d’accès associé à un lieu comme un facteur de construction et de maintien d’un caractère sacré. Nos résultats révèlent également que la présence d’un interdit génère un riche imaginaire et posent ainsi une réflexion sur la désacralisation du lieu suite à une déception définie par l’écart entre cet imaginaire et la réalité. Enfin, nous nous interrogeons sur le transfert de significations de la cave à vins vers les armoires à vin réfrigérées. | |
| dc.description.abstractEn | This research article is based on the sacred and the profane theory in order to study the sacredness of the private wines cellar. More precisely, we study the role of conservation place in the construction of this sacred dimension. Through biographical narratives collect from wines cellar’s owners or members of the owner family, this research reveals that a no access to a particular place can lead to a construction and preservation of a sacred character. Our results reveal also that a no access generate a rich imaginary and make think about the desacralisation following a disappointment defined by the difference between imaginary and reality. Finally, we question ourselves about meaning transfer from wine cellars to wine refrigerators. | |
