dc.description.abstractEnUnderstanding the poorly characterized communities of soil and rhizosphere microbiota is crucial for plant growth and health. In line with this goal, the MISTIC project seeks to develop methodologies for modeling microbial community dynamics. My thesis contributes to this effort by specifically addressing the challenge of assembling genomes from these complex communities using highly accurate long reads.
