dc.description.abstractEnRecent developments in contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), associated with image processing techniques allow analysing blood perfusion of various organs. A new kinetic analysis is proposed in order to quantify the velocity amplitude of the bolus arrival using a fluid dynamic model. The efficiency of proposed methodology is evaluated in-vivo, for the classification of placental insufficiency (control versus ligature) of pregnant rats from DCEUS.
