dc.description.abstract | L’inflammation chronique joue un rôle considérable dans la progression de maladies telles que le diabète, l’obésité et les cancers. Certains nutriments sont connus pour leurs effets pro- ou anti-inflammatoires. Des profils définis a priori (basés sur la littérature existante) et a posteriori (basés sur des consommations réelles et associés ultérieurement à des marqueurs de l’inflammation) ont été développés pour estimer le potentiel inflammatoire de l’alimentation dans sa globalité. Ils nous permettent aujourd’hui d’agir en modifiant nos comportements alimentaires pour limiter le développement des maladies liées aux processus inflammatoires. | |
dc.description.abstractEn | Chronic inflammation plays a significant role in the progression of diseases such as diabetes, obesity and cancers. Some nutrients are known for their pro- or anti-inflammatory effects. Profiles defined a priori (based on existing literature) and a posteriori (based on actual consumption and subsequently associated with markers of inflammation) were developed to estimate the inflammatory potential of the diet as a whole. Today they allow us to act by modifying our eating behaviors to limit the development of diseases linked to inflammatory processes. | |
