L’espace des sociétés qui les parcourent, hérité d’une longue histoire géographique, a toujours privilégié les relations nord-sud. Cet oubli de la science conduit, aujourd’hui, à de graves difficultés géopolitiques mais aussi économiques qui ne sont pas imputables à la dureté des « conditions naturelles ». | |

The space of the societies that run through them, inherited from a long geographical history, has always favored north-south relations. This neglect of science leads today to serious geopolitical but also economic difficulties that are not layed at the harshness of "natural conditions". | |
