| dc.description.abstract | Dans cette communication, nous employons la diaspora comme une catégorie sociale de l'appartenance manipulée et instrumentalisée par des acteurs principalement politiques afin de créer un sujet collectif par delà les clivages. Notre analyse interroge les facteurs d'inclusion, et la pertinence des concepts d'Etat, de frontière et de souveraineté en tâchant de comprendre les mécanismes par lesquels l'Union Indienne et le Tamil Nadu essaient désespérément d'inclure leurs communautés exilées dans un ensemble fédérateur et homogène qu'ils nomment soit diaspora indienne, soit diaspora tamoule. | |
