| dc.description.abstract | L’angiœdème non allergique est grevé d’une morbimortalité préoccupante. L’examen clinique est central, puisque le déficit en inhibiteur de la C1 estérase ne sera pas documenté en phase aiguë. Face à une anaphylaxie ne répondant pas à l’adrénaline, un diagnostic précoce permet d’optimiser l’orientation du patient vers un établissement de santé de référence afin d’initier un protocole thérapeutique spécifique (icatibant, C1 inhibiteur), récemment mis à jour par recommandations. | |
| dc.description.abstractEn | Non-allergic angioedema has a worrying morbidity. Clinical examination is central, as C1-esterase inhibitor deficiency will not be documented in the acute phase. In the case of anaphylaxis that does not respond to adrenaline, an early diagnosis can optimise referral of the patient to a reference healthcare establishment for a specific therapeutic protocol (icatibant, C1 inhibitor) recently updated by recommendations. | |
