dc.description.abstractEnWe designed a ring test to evaluate the convergence of the same biological information extracted from various NMR (n=4) and MS (4 QTOF and 4 orbitraps) in non-targeted metabolomics. The same rat plasma samples were analyzed by all the participants. Convergence within NMR (78 to 91%) were slightly better than within MS (57 to 87%). Convergence between NMR and MS was lower (37 to 87%). Improvement can be easily achieved by a tight standardization.
