dc.description.abstractEnWith the aid of a grant ADEME-TOTAL, we instrumented a filtering centrifuge to model the coupling of mechanical dewatering and thermal drying by microwave. Our objectives are the optimization of energy consumption of coupled process and the demonstration that the coupled process can be more efficient than convective drying regarding energy consumption.
