Or les actions correspondantes structurent fortement la vie des organisations. Nous offrons ici une grille de lecture permettant à la fois d'en tenir compte et d'en tirer parti au niveau stratégique. Il s'agit de s'intéresser à la combinaison des rôles d'agencements informationnels et communicationnels : faire, montrer, socialiser, rassurer. Cela permet de mettre en regard la performance organisationnelle avec les interactions au travail." | |
| dc.description.abstractEn | The material aspects of information and communication within organizations have often been overlooked, if not despised. Those actions, though, deeply structure the life of organizations. We propose a model allowing to take that into account and also to take advantage of it at a strategic level. What matters is to pay attention to the combination of roles of "agencements informationnels et communicationnels", which are: doing, showing, socialising, reassuring. That allows connecting the performance of an organization with the interactions on the workplace. | |
