| dc.description.abstractEn | The thesis deals with the question of the construction of pesticide risk prevention and addresses the consideration of farmers' concerns in occupational health policies in the mode of extended research communities. Produced from testimonials, images and metrology, recorded for the purposes of the Prevexpo intervention research (Preventing risks together in a wine-growing environment based on real exposure conditions), the thesis and the film Rémanences (Girardot- Pennors, 2022) which accompanies it, allow us to understand the activity of processing the vine from a dual point of view, that of the researchers, that of the winegrowers. Views of each other, views that measure each other, that cross paths to achieve a reciprocal understanding of this activity. Throughout the analysis, the work carried out reveals the issues raised by the broader research community thus formed to understand and transform the work, and thereby, the pesticide risk situations. Publicized as a toxic practice by some, supported as an element of productivity by others, the use of phytopharmaceutical products involves complex situations leading winegrowers into untenable compromises between plant health and human health. Discussion of these complex situations from an ergonomic perspective opens the way to prevention proposals that can be activated and built with farmers based on their practices. The objective is less to seek how to integrate the reality of work into risk prevention policies, than to enable farmers to integrate scientific knowledge on exposure to pesticides to equip them with the conduct of their activity and their capacity for action. and innovation and consequently the development of their power to act and their health. | |
