dc.description.abstractDepuis sa création en 2000, la Communauté d’agglomération Pau-Pyrénées (CDAPP) s’est lancée dans le réaménagement du cours d’eau qui la traverse : le gave de Pau. La valorisation des berges du gave jusque-là grandement délaissées obéit à la volonté d’offrir de nouveaux espaces publics de nature aux habitants et aux visiteurs. Pour ce faire, la CDAPP s’est emparée d’un outil à l’intitulé paradoxal : le Parc naturel urbain (PNU). Cet article se propose d’aborder la question de la perception de cet espace par les élus et les usagers.
dc.description.abstractEnSince its creation in 2000, urban area of Pau-Pyrénées (CDAPP), launched itself into the city planning of its riverbanks, as the river, the Gave de Pau, passes through the city. The enhancement of the riverbanks of the Gave de Pau which was until then mostly abandoned, shows the willingness of the city, to offer new nature public spaces to the residents and to the visitors. In order to do this, the urban area of Pau-Pyrénées gives itself of a paradoxical tool : the Urban Natural Park (UNP). This article which intends to analyze the different ways of seeing these riverbanks, focuses on mayors, residents and visitors’ viewpoints.

dc.description.abstractDeSeit ihrer Gründung im Jahre 2000, hat sich die Gemeinde Pau-Pyrenäen in die Neugestaltung des Flusses Gave, der sie durchläuft, gestürzt. Die Aufwertung der Flussufer, die bis jetzt sehr vernachlässigt wurden, zeigt den Willen neue öffentliche Räume für Anwohner und Besucher zu schaffen. Um dies zu tun, hat die Gemeinde Pau-Pyrenäen eines Mittels mit paradoxem Namen bemächtigt: der städtische Naturpark. Dieser Artikel wirft somit die Frage nach der Wahrnehmung dieses Raumes durch die Politiker und Benutzer auf.
