| dc.description.abstract | À partir de l'analyse d'un quartier ethnique - " la Chapelle ", situé entre les 10e et 18e arrondissements de Paris - je voudrais mettre en avant les processus d'appropriation et de sémiotisation de l'espace utilisés par les migrants tamouls originaires de Sri Lanka, tout en m'interrogeant sur l'appareillage symbolique employé par ces migrants pour rendre familier cet espace. Par une approche trialectique, associant socialité, historicité et spatialité, cette contribution vise à restituer les étapes de structuration de cette forme particulière d'existence collective qu'est la diaspora, en me focalisant sur les récits d'une nouvelle territorialisation, sur la refondation d'un langage collectif et de nouveaux cadres sociaux de la mémoire. | |
| dc.description.abstractEn | From the analysis of an ethnic district - "la Chapelle", located between the 10th and 18th arrondissements of Paris - I want to highlight the processes of semiotisation and appropriation of the space used by Tamil migrants from Northern Sri Lanka, while wondering about the symbolic apparatus used by these migrants to make this space familiar. By an approach, combining sociality, historicity and spatiality, this contribution aims to restore the steps of the structuration of this particular form of collective existence that is the Diaspora. I will focus my analysis on the stories of a new process of territorialization, on the reshaping of a collective language, and on new social frameworks of memory. | |
