| dc.description.abstract | L’accès à la santé est une priorité en France et c’est pourquoi le secteur de la pharmacie d’officine, directement en contact avec les patients, subit de nombreux remodelages. Dans cette thèse nous discuterons de l’accès facilité aux médicaments par le maillage officinal à l’échelle nationale, puis nous développerons le processus de transfert de pharmacie. Cette opération stratégique qui consiste à déplacer une officine au sein d’un nouveau lieu doit répondre à une série d’exigences réglementaires. Conditions auxquelles la pharmacie Place Picard a répondu, motivée par un souhait d’adaptation face aux besoins de sa patientèle/clientèle. | |
| dc.description.abstractEn | Access to healthcare is a priority in France and this is why the dispensing pharmacy sector is undergoing remodelling in direct contact with patients. In this thesis we will discuss the facilitated access to drugs by the pharmaceutical network at a national level, then, we will develop the pharmacy transfer process. This strategic operation, which consists of moving a pharmacy to a new location, must meet a series of regulatory requirements. The conditions which the pharmacy “Place Picard” responded to, are motivated by a desire to adapt to the needs of it’s patient/clientele. | |
