| dc.description.abstract | Allergie, anaphylaxie et adrénaline sont trois termes intimement liés en médecine. Dès l’identification ou la suspicion d’une anaphylaxie, l’adrénaline doit être administrée au plus tôt. Une allergie peut être caractérisée par des éléments variés allant d’une simple éruption cutanée à des anomalies sévères des paramètres vitaux. Le rôle de l’infirmier organisateur de l’accueil sera d’abord d’identifier les éléments cliniquement pertinents, afin d’attribuer au patient le niveau de triage le plus juste et d’ajuster le parcours de soins. | |

Upon identification or suspicion of anaphylaxis, adrenaline should be administered as soon as possible. An allergy can be characterised by anything from a simple skin rash to severe vital parameter abnormalities. The role of the reception nurse will be first to identify clinically relevant features, to assign the right level of triage to the patient and adjust the care pathway. | |
