dc.description.abstractEnBecause paediatric cardiac surgery is associated with significant neurological injury, the impact of perioperative non-invasive monitoring of cerebral oxygen saturation by near-infrared spectroscopy (rScO2) on neurological outcome has been extensively investigated.
