| dc.description.abstract | Cette thèse porte sur la gestion du Data Integrity sur site exploitant dans un environnement GxP. Dans une première partie, sont abordées la réglementation ainsi que la présentation du concept ALCOA+. Puis, dans un second temps, des exemples de non-conformité au Data Integrity rencontrés lors d’inspections des autorités sont décrits afin d’illustrer la situation actuelle. Cela ayant pour but de mieux comprendre les enjeux pour les industriels et les autorités. De plus, des exemples concrets et spécifiques à un site exploitant sont développés. Et enfin, la dernière partie porte sur l’implémentation d’un système informatisé pour la gestion des processus qualité : CAPA, déviation, change control et réclamations. Cette partie permet de montrer comment ce type de projet permet de répondre aux exigences du Data Integrity. | |
| dc.description.abstractEn | This thesis deals with the Data Integrity management on operating site in a GxP environment. In the first part, the regulations and the presentation of the ALCOA + concept are discussed. Then, in a second step, examples of non-compliance with Data Integrity encountered during government inspections are described to illustrate the current situation. This aims to better understand the issues for manufacturers and authorities. In addition, concrete and site-specific examples are developed. Finally, the last part deals with the implementation of a computerized system for quality process management: CAPA, deviation, change control and complaints. This part shows how this type of project can meet the requirements of Data Integrity. | |
