This article focuses on climate change adaptation policies in the case of small island territories. It allows identifying situations of justice applied to small islands subject to sea-level rise. Considering the case of a state constituted by two islands and the one of two island states, the analysis of the principles of justice is carried out using two approaches of justice – situated justice and global justice. Finally, we propose the framework of a global ecological justice which can take into account both intra and intergenerational dimensions of justice.< Réduire
