Algorithms and tools have been developed to project S.cerevisiae metabolic models to several hemiascomycetous yeasts, like C.glabrata and Y.lipolytica . The source of information about conservation of genes between yeast species have been obtained from the Genolevures project. For each projected model, a SBML file have been produced along a list of reactions that need to be further analyzed by a human curator. With these projected metabolic pathways, a FBA (Flux Balance Analysis) approach have been taken to study and compare the output fluxes with their original source (S.cerevisiae).< Réduire
