Inthispaper,wegivetheconstructionofaNewtontreeatinfinity of an algebraic curve. A byproduct of this construction is the explicit com- putation of rational maps (not morphisms) that convert a polynomial into an other polynomial. This is very useful to construct new polynomials such that bad field generators, polynomials with no singularities for example, and has been already used in [2], [3], [4], [6]. We end up the article showing that if two polynomials satisfy J(f,g) = 1 then there is no face parallel to the diagonal on their Newton polygon.< Leer menos
