dc.description.abstractLes produits proximaux et distaux issus du Puy Chopine permettent de reconstituer les principales phases dynamiques de son éruption. Outre l'impact dévastateur de ses nuées, ses écoulements synéruptifs ont atteint la bordure occidentale de Limagne et perturbé le drainage local. On insiste sur l'intérêt de l'étude des différents recouvrements dus au volcanisme trachytique tardiglaciaire et holocène pour l'archéologie régionale.
dc.description.abstractEnPuy Chopine eruptive dynamics is assumed from proximal and distal tephras observation . Pyroclastic flows and syneruptive mud-flows have reached the plain of the Western Limagne and sealed local drainage system. Our knowledge of regional archaeology should be improved by surveying such volcano-sedimentary deposits resulting of Late Glacial and holocene trachytic eruptions.
